The cups, mugs and tankards should be washed out using a damp cloth and left to air dry. They are NOT SUITABLE for the dishwasher or microwave. Each inscription is sealed with waterproof, food safe sealant, however this may wear away if the vessel is plunged or steeped in water for a prolonged period of time. Ensure the inscription is wiped down lightly when the mug needs to be cleaned.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

The honest answer is that it depends on how busy I am. The standard lead time is up to two weeks when things are relativley quiet, but can take up to four weeks during busy times including Easter, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Halloween and Christmas. I will email you to keep you informed if there is a longer delay or any issues, but it's always recommended to order as much in advance as possible.

IS YOUR PACKAGING SUSTAINABLE?

I try to use as many recyclable items as possible in my packaging, so your order may arrive in a gently pre-loved box or envelope. This helps keep the items at a lower cost and helps ensure there are less single use items going to the landfill!

DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?

I absolutely do. I try to be as creative as possible and will use what skills I have to incorporate Ogham into my art pieces. I have created wedding gifts with deep personal meaning, tributes to beloved pets, memorial slabs and house signs among other things. I will talk with you to discuss the material (Wood species or slate, stone or marble) and the design requirements.
